Does anyone know how to fix the reason I’m not receiving e mails in my yahoo box

I have t had mail for a week now and it keeps say8ng error

I have no idea how to fix this problem

Any help would be appreciated

Are you trying to access via your phone or laptop?

Is it an app you're using? Have you tried logging in via the website?

I think you're one of many, there's a huge problem with Yahoo and sky mails. You could try the help line but only if you have a couple of hours to spare

It’s on my I pad

My mail box is usually full of mail even if it’s junk but I haven’t had any for a week and it’s saying there is a problem

I have totally no idea what to do to rectify it

I`d try logging in a different device, in case that one's been hacked/got a virus etc.

We're having the same problem and have done for about three weeks. Google downdetector for yahoo.

This is so annoying

Ringing them is a waste of time as no answer

That's ok

We haven't sorted ours out, we've set up a new email account and just changed all our email addresses on important things. It's really annoying but apparently 81% of users can't get into their accounts

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Can you access via web browser on another device (desktop pc/laptop)?

Ive had problems with yahoo years ago both the free and paid for parts of yahoo.

Its not the first time yahoo has had there many problem of faults on there servers which seem to take forever to get repaired.

Had enough of yahoo and choose to go somewhere else instead.

Its what id suggest to you also theres plenty of email sites out there to use and choose from.

If I knew how to go about stuff I would

People have suggested shutting it down and opening up a new account but don’t even know how to do that...lol

Have to rely on hubby for all this tech stuff

you may need to reset your password. you'll need to log on to the web site to do it, don't forget to update your new password in you mail apps.
