i always try and have some hovis crackers in in case i feel nibbly

i can have a couple of them and am saited

normal biscuits and half a packets gone before ya know it

Some cheese with an apple or pear is nice for snacking on.

If I'm after something a bit more substantial I'll do some poached or scrambled eggs on toast or muffins.

Give it a go ... but get the good whole earth organic chunky peanut butter .... just pour a bit of boiling water on it, to melt it into a paste, then stir it in the cottage cheese ...
