I used to be extremely self-conscious about my body. I wouldn't go swimming without a shirt on (mostly, I wouldn't go swimming at all).

But now? No problem. Not in every situation, of course, but at a meet or in a club I'm quite happy to go naked.

This swinging thing is liberating.

I think that it just shows how much of a problem we have created in society when even on a site like this where people are generally more liberal and open minded due to the nature of the lifestyle, they still feel self conscious about their bodies. I use to be, but changing jobs to a less physical one, moving to a new location and then falling ill at the beginning of the year for a while has meant iv put on a little bit more weight that I would like.....so as it stands I'm a little self conscious.

Started getting back into running and biking though, so hopefully will get back into the shape I want to be

I find it really difficult unless I can be sure they find me very attractive and we've chatted a lot, and in general I feel comfortable around them.

I don't think i would feel comfortable doing to clubs, even fully clothed. There are far too many beautiful people who attend end I would feel like the outsider.

It's nice when I do feel happy being naked in front of someone and don't feel self conscious, but it won't happen that often.

Always into sport, and in so many changing rooms and shower rooms it's never been a problem. Swinging is no different although I don't rush at a house party until the ladies have started to move in that direction. Men in underpants and especially SOCKS at that point in the programme just look ridiculous.

We are both naturists and i [Rosie] have no problem stripping off on a naturist beach or camping/caravan site, i feel free and i dont care who sees me, to me its not sexual. Going to a club and knowing im being judged in a sexual way,

then no, i dont want to be naked, i prefer to be wearing something, i dont actually feel comfortable completely naked.

Give me a bunch of strangers. I’ve been on a naturalist holiday. Final night was a meal round a big rectangular table. 26 of us all naked. At the end of the night someone flicked a switch, the music came on as did the disco lights and we were all dancing under the stars. After that everyone jumped in the pool naked.
