Think its another load of bollocks...

seems nowadays that if you eat anything - its bad for you !!

and if its not bad for you now it will be when someone does a study about it..

Apparently each time you have a soft drink, you increase the risk of a heart attack by 20%

So if you have a drink of pop and a few Sunday roasts, looks like your fucked, may as well throw in the towel now.

What a load of bullshit - who the fuck sits and does this 'research' ?

North Cornwall

Haven't eaten it for decades and my family aren't keen on it as a whole but I think they eat too much ham so will be cutting them down.

As with most things, all things in moderation.

I don't know anyone who eats red meat or processed meat every day.

I'd rather live my three score years and ten eating and drinking what I like 'in moderation' than survive to a ripe old age on mung beans lentils and quorn.

Vegetarians have heart attacks and die too.

If we listened to the results of every food study, there'd be nothing we could eat!!

How have we survived all these tens of thousands of years?

Stuff the scientists; eat what you like!

The human being has worked it's way to the top of the food chain being a hunter/gatherer. Red meat has been part of the diet for thousands of years so I don't think I'm gonna lose any sleep or change my habits just yet.

As in Coleman's mustard? What's he trying to do, bankrupt himself?

I believe in dying young happy.

Food makes me happy, and I would rather have a shorter happier life, than a longer but miserable one for not being able to eat the food I like!

If we listened to all the bollocks they tell us, we wouldn't be eating or drinking so personally I will eat what I want no matter what wild claims they make
