I'm going swimming today Only the local pool.. nowt special, but it does have a slide and a wave machine. Is quiet enough to enjoy a bit of underwater gliding.

No doubt a few games of Jaws.. and Lake Placid will be asked for.. Dad becomes a Croc.

May make a whirlpool in the baby trainer pool.. try not to drown any babies.

Slo-mo underwater kung fu fights.

I may even catch a glimpse of the odd beautiful mum bod.. without being pervy or letchy about it.. or fantasizing over cubicle sex.

I've not been swimming in probably 20 years, that was in the sea in the Dominican Republic.

In the middle

I live the water, love swimming or just floating about and relaxing if the pool is quiet, I have been there on a Thursday afternoon and I was the only one in, sheer bliss, blasted off 60 lengths without dodging people then just lay back and floated about, heaven

Hiding in the shadows

The only pool I've been on recently is at Eurekas.

The local one is ridiculously overpriced now they've built the new leisure centre.

I so swim several times a week, either in the sea or a very fast tidal river.

Now that's exciting!

No running

No diving at the shallow end

No heavy petting

No spitting

No shouting. ...

and don't wee in the pool either because nowadays there's disclosing dye to show up who's doing it.

I can't justify the high fuel burn rate of a power boat , always sail over power if possible for me

However talking of wee , one of life's lil pleasures peeing in wetsuit on a cool day

Love the water, I was brought up on the beach, my first real job was as a diver in the navy, been diving/spearfishing most of my life, owned boats, kayaks, love water skiing and I'll happily swim for hours just because I love it. I did do a bit of surfing when I was younger but not any more

I've spent most of my life by the sea as well.. struggling with being landlocked these past few years.
