The first thing I do is read the profile of the sender. If it has no photo's, or just cock photos, a generic paragraph that tells me little more than man looking for women, ask me anything you want.

The chances are we would not progress to chatting.

I always check out profiles before messaging to be fair. And whilst I know my profile isn’t great I do try and be honest and to the point. I think I’m on my 10th iteration of it now.

As for us not progressing is that a general statement or because I’m out of your range? Thanks for the advice though it is noted x

As long as it's not crude or a one liner then I'll read most messages.

I also check their profile, if I don't see anything I like there then I don't respond.

My advice is talk about them and things that interest them. Say why you are attracted to their profile. Avoid talk of meeting up. You can even avoid sexual chat. Just talk. If they don't like you they won't want to meet you so just concentrate of finding people you like and who like you. That is the way to open doors.

I wasn't declining you personally, but you have a range if cock photo's and your profile has nothing that gives me anything to suggest compatibility. So in theory if you were the right age range, I would politely decline.
