Night shift? Late night? Insomnia?

I got up for a pee, and thought I'd be nosey and see what was happening here.

Do you go out for breakfast at the end of your night shift? Or just go home to bed?

I did nights for years. Took their toll on me

Most productive at this time of morning. Its quiet. I can get some work done and sort a few things.

Then fall asleep at about 6am

Don't envy anyone on nights. They wear me out x

I haven't been sleeping well lately, after my ex broke up with me a month ago she's always on my mind especially since she's already started talking to a new guy. It's been giving me paranoia and stress, trying my best to move on.

I'm designing my new kitchen. I know it's silly but I'm too exited about it to sleep.

Have a cup of tea and a bit of toast. I sleep really well so don't really mind night shift.
