According to a report on BBC's "Devon Live" website yesterday, in 2018 the Devon and Cornwall police investigated 17 incidents of “dogging” behaviour.

None of the people involved were prosecuted for any offence.

According to the report, dogging is only illegal if it is reported to the police by people who were offended by the events.

None of the investigated offences took place at well known dogging sites near Plymouth or Exeter. This must be because people who visit these sites aren’t offended by what they see, and don’t complain to the police.

There were no reported incidents of the police taking action against doggers of their own volition – they didn’t patrol known dogging sites looking for trouble.

So, for 2018, it was quite safe to publish exact dogging sites and times on here.
