I quite like making champagne cocktails with gin. Bitter lemon works as does ginger ale

Elderflower is my personal favourite

Rhubarb is nice with a pink gin too

Even a rhubarb flavour fizzy water works well .. with most gins

A gin martini, dip your ice in dry vermouth and add to a glass, add an olive or two and add your gin, stir
