I attended a massive one recently with my friend. He is a market trader and I tagged along.

I love walking around them.

Love good car boot but recently they are being over run by traders selling things that can be bought in shops. I like to see old interesting and odd items not tables full of cheap tools, toilet rolls or vape fluids

The 2nd best way to spend a Sunday morning. I love them. Last weekend I bought a pearl bracelet to match my favourite necklace. Real pearls on a strand that fit me... 50p. Yaaas queen.

I love a car boot sale or flea market. Especially if I find a bit of vintage kink, old medical equipment or leather crops.

Yes can get some bargains but less so as more people can see price online before going to them. Worth a wander though still.

London

For those that like this kind of thing the Braderie de Lille (in Lille surprisingly!) is an amazing experience.

It’s Europe’s biggest flea market and takes over the whole city center for the weekend. It runs 24hours a day! It’s an annual thing every September and a great city break.
