little house on the praire

Ok, we all said we would never do it, but how often do you find yourself saying the same phrases as either your parents or your grandparents.

Im more like my grandma, i say such things as

Are you warm enough

Hello my duck (when talking to my mums dog, never say duck any other time)

Come here and give me a hug

It will all come out in the wash

When my son used to ask what was for tea i always replied "Bread and pullit" with "Windmill pudding"

They are just some of what i can think off.

Its often said I'm turning into my dad lol..... But I don't think thats a bad thing..

I do know one thing... my Daughter without realising says and does so many of the things as a parent to her son that we said to her lol.. but then she is a brilliant mother.
