"After going to the gym for several weeks early last year I thought I was doing canny so I decided that I'd step up the tredmell only think is I couldn't stop it from going faster, result went flying off at on my belly,never been back so embarrassing though I can laugh about it now" I have a fear of doing that . "I workout on a regular basis. Karate, yoga, power walking. But I can't seem to tighten my abs the way I'd like. Planks, crunches. Any help would be appreciated." I think (having read) abs, for most people, are mostly down to fat deposits (diet). It's not something I focus on, although I think my core stability is improving as a result of other things I do. | |||

"I cancelled my gym membership in december, as we have plenty of equipment at home to use. Think I use any of it!? I have just recently discovered bouldering which i love.
