Some can, but some people have a shallower vagina. Depth isn’t the same as dilation when giving birth. It’s not always all the way open haha just when a baby is coming out

The question included the word ‘most’ thereby implying a majority (suggesting that vagina sizes might, just might, vary). The question further implies that not all dick sizes are the same. I’m going to say 9” is slightly above average for a man. Maybe not in your experience but I believe I’m right.
