By fake, so you mean implants, as Katie Price has, or do you mean fake as in they are in a box in the wardrobe like mine are. Big difference really.

My body rejects everything fake or unnatural. Had a piercing in my nose years ago, body didn't like it. Had a tattoo done, I fainted.

I like my boobs though. Wouldn't change them for anything.

Loads of women on fab (and in the world!) have implants.

Men aren’t too good at spotting them; I get asked often if I have them

A friend of my son had hers done at 21,paid for by her father. I was shocked when told. However, when she explained her feelings , thoughts, reasons, even as an insensitive man I had a better understanding.
