Talk to me about sandwiches. Your favourite(s).

I’ve just eaten the most delicious sandwich.

Sourdough bread, rocket, cherry tomatoes, mayo, a squeeze of fresh lime and fresh crabmeat. The crab was still in the Atlantic this morning.

It was fucking beaut.

Fillet steak, thinly sliced, medium rare, fresh horseradish sauce, bit of mayo, wild mushrooms lightly sauteed in butter and some cara_elised onions finely chopped, some lambs lettuce in a fresh ciabatta roll that barely contains it all.

I love a nice, warm ciabatta with mozzarella, basil and juicy, ripe tomatoes. Drizzled in olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper.
