but is the wink function being wrongly and over used?

Should we have an armistice on the poor wink's abuse and agree to only send it to people we truly believe we have a connection with so the recipient knows it's not just a "lazy man's" message and if it isn't reciprocated then you know they're not interested.

I'm thinking how it would benefit us all?

I prefer winks to messages tbh but, like it says on my profile, don't understand why people wink from the other end of the country!

I wink/ message/ cause issues in here but dont seem to get anywhere?!?!? I thought this scene would be easy?!?! I have never had issues in real life I.e. pub/ clubs etc but here is a other level. Can I get any pointers please?? I wink loads but never get to the money shot!!

I think for me it's a numbers game. We receive far fewer on our couples profile and use them ourselves sometimes to express interest. I have used them on this profile but receive a far greater number so tend not to look at them

I look at winks, women see them as lazy and they are but couples and women who send them are beat for time an sending a maybe interested wink which I respond to after checking profile, guys have more time to do the leg work but manners still apply. Alas the negative from a couple or woman that send a wink is they probably have a very busy inbox so you may still get missed lol the joy of fab

It's not often that I go to Home Page, so some of the winks that people have sent me get overlooked for weeks or months on end, usually when I do check them out, I find myself either blocked or they haven't been on line for ages

I can only imagine that it's the audacity that I can't even look at them rather than them send me a message in the first place

to me they are a....i like profile but thats it.....not looking to meet ....if that makes sense...

I wish there was a way of switching them off.
