Verified before they even join???

I can't work out how women get verified by blokes that have "known them for years", "met several times", "had several good sessions", etc, when the women have only joined the site a few minutes ago...is this pure fiction by someone in charge of both profiles, or do people join here as "pairs" from other sites?

Just seems a bit strange, is all

Sometimes women (or men) might accidently delete their profile or remove it when they start a relationship or one to one etc and then open a new one. I know I have before. I like to start over but maybe some people have contacts from before who want to verify them. It's no biggie and there's no conspirancy involved. x

as others have said.. for example...

I was on another site before coming here.. and the people verified me as soon as it did....

or they could have met at clubs but again not been on the site before and pointed them here....

not everything out there is sinister...

Personal networks - someone I know tells me on the phone thats he's going to join the site...he joins...couple of minutes later I verify him...

God yeah, our life does not revolve around the site. I swap numbers/msn with guys if they spark my interest and arrange my meets through there. Been in contact with some guys for 3 or more years so only use the site to meet new people x

People get to know each other and can stay in touch (via phone etc) even if they have left the site. I've known many fab members leave and return, their friends have verified their new profiles. We've done it for a couple of friends that have returned

im on several swinging/sex sites and i have met many people from them that join here, all because i met them from another site as far as im concerned if we have met they are genuine so if they join fab i will verify them to give them a helping hand but i will always state i met them from another site

True - but it DOES make a difference to whether you meet them in the first place. Maybe I just get shits playing with me, but with one notable exception this site has been a waste of time. I just wonder if that's the way it is or am I just really unlucky...

Well I am now in proud possession of two identical pictures - sent to me from two "different" women living in "different" parts of the country and both verified members and site supporters of fab, although one has now vanished into the ether...doesn't make one enthusiastic about people on here, does it?
