Britain is set for a soaking with 40mm of rain predicted to fall in just two hours, have you got your umbrella ready? I have, how is it where you are? It is ok here in penge, but it looks like it could rain soon, exciting

Grey and very damp in Northern Ireland..looks like the aftermath of a stormy night and a little break before more crap moves in.

Somewhere near here

I’m driving to oxford from Lincolnshire. So far south Lincolnshire has had rain, she was very heavy.

Northampton looks gloomy, weather wise - I have no judgement on actual Northampton

Can't wait for Brexit to happen, then we can have what ever weather we want instead of weather imported from Europe

Is it the right sort of rain though? Or will they still predict drought?

Only in the respect it saves me watering my plants in the garden and stops the lawn from looking dead.

That is good and yes, it would save alot of time too. I like it, cos, when you are inside the house, you can hear the rain on the roof and on the windows
