Ha ha yes unfortunately I've been a bit too good at eating recently. I'm attempting to shed some of the excess so trying running.

Going to try for a PB on a mile today. Start small and grow big (not just the term I use when talking about my penis)

We're going to absolutely nail doing naff all

we're camping atm & yesterday was the first day since friday that we saw the sun! Torrential rains all weekend!! Today is cloudy but dry so far, so we're making the most of being outside & relaxing
