I’ve seen a profile of someone I know that I’m certain I’s fake, how do I ask the actual person with implicating myself lol

You don't. You report the profile and block it. Let admin deal with it.

Add it to your hotlist. If they start getting veris, leave it be. If not, report in due course and let admin look into the profile
