hi was reading a recent article online that was saying women actually prefer Dad bodies than six packs? is there hope for us yet? Ladies curious to know your feelings on this survey?

I don't really have a preference for dad bods as such. I'm far more attracted to how someone thinks and makes me feel than any middle aged spread etc.

Well consider this; You always hear about dad bods, gym bods or, chubby bods yet you never hear about slim bods (for men anyway) So its safe to say there is hope and you are not at the back of the chase train

Put it this way, it’s not my dad bod or whatever description you may have for it, that puts women off meeting me. If I had the body of Adonis, it wouldn’t make any difference. How I interact with them is what determines any success or otherwise I might have.

I've got a grandad bod now, been there and had the six pack bod in my 20s and early 30s, which turned into a dad bod in my mid 30s and by late 40s grandad bod, I still walk a lot, ride a bike and exercise but no getting away from it!

I love the softness of a dad bod... Boo does a lot of garden projects in Summer and gets lean and tanned, which is a delightful sight to behold... But in Winter he's indoors more and gets a little soft belly which I absolutely adore

As said it's not about the bod. It's about personality. Yes there has to be a physical attraction. But that can start in the mind. I've got a dad bod and it's taken me 54 years to get it. And I'm proud of it. I wouldn't change my appearance for anyone. I am who I am

As long as you're happy in your own skin then that's all that matters.

I don't find it attractive if they have a large overhanging belly and look like they are trying to push it up hill in a strong wind...

Overly muscular doesn't do it for me either..

Not one for going down the gym but more than happy with the body I've got, not bad for someone who eats like a horse and does not one bit of exercise
