I've been making lots of ice-creams and sorbets to help in the hot weather.

Mr K requested 2 today- rum and raisin and also coffee and if I say so myself, they're delicious!

I'm very vanilla....with strawberry sauce, sprinkles, a flake, then another scoop with chocolate, maybe a third with strawberry ice cream. You know nothing complicated

Do you use an ice cream maker? I tried one but I was too impatient.

I used to enjoy ice cream, then due to radiotherapy I lost all tastes ice cream was just like frozen lard, it was horrid, got my tastebuds back, except ice cream I can’t taste it really, tried all types but there’s just nothing there anymore.. so am afraid not bothered by ice cream anymore
