Just one aspect of my addictive personality.

... but then I worry that if I changed that socially acceptable minor aspect perhaps I’d create a far bigger problem so actually I don’t think I wanna change anything.

I do suffer with back spasms regularly do physically I’d get that changed for a good back that doesn’t spasm.
