My kids and D make me smile without them trying.

They are my world

and I live for them.

There are also a few special people on here that can make me smile too, some I have met others I want to meet.

A smile costs nothing but can mean everything.

This thread is making me smile.

I like the fact that so many try to smile everyday.

I make a conscious effort in work to be happy and pleasant to everyone especially in the morning.

The difficulty is the days where I am not smiling in the inside myself as it takes a big chunk of me to keep this going.

I then normally manage to find something to make me smile at least inside.

The other days I rwad things like this thread which does help.
