I can't really answer your question as it's very personal to you but if your sexual life is wrapped up in Stella then maybe you need to invite your wife into that world. Good luck.

My advice will always be to speak to your wife. If she loves you, she will accept this side of you and perhaps you can explore your sexuality together?

It's never a nice position to be in (I've got that t-shirt), but you do need to talk to her

Chances are, if you're unhappy, so is she

A shared love sometimes causes us to be unknowingly cruel to each other

I'm hoping (for both your sakes) that now you have recognised and vocalised it, you are one step closer to addressing it with her
