Just remember all the bad that they did to you! & know your worth more than that I’m going through the same thing but hav really come to the end of the line now & it’s no good for your mental health! Know your worth gd luck x

Difficult as sometimes that’s exactly the reason why you want it

Take it day by day. If you relapse, don’t beat yourself up about it. Look for distractions. Lots and lots of distractions. It’s still fucking hard though
