We get a lot of emails asking how we got into swinging.

Our advice would be to write out the rules. Couples need to sit down first and agree on what they happy with. Trust me it helps everyone.

Just be:

Open with each other (warts and all)

Communicate

Learn to read each other (comes a lot with the previous point)

Be tolerant that guinine mistakes and misunderstanding will happen

And just take it easy at the slowest persons speed

Yes rule for demarcation and applies to both, that's why it is swing and can swing one or both way. I think it's preference and emphasis on mutual fun and compilation even from partner. Second although both are dripping there feet's but safety should be priority over fun.
