FFS thats ever worse than Hermes efforts!!!! even they just manage to LOOSE the parcel rather than deliver it 3 times to wrong address lol

we sent a caravan wheel to an address which was at a Londis store ( they are aHermes pick up point!!!!!) and the managed not to be able to find the address!!!
