After that, really depends on the person, and lopsided training for aesthetic purposes seems daft to me.

Physically if you're going to work on anything, definitely soft lips. Stay hydrated, don't be afraid of lip balm, exfoliate (as Meli says).

Do the gym for yourself and your health. If you're otherwise a charming, interesting person, no one's going to judge you for not focusing on their specific pet body part.
