Insomnia

I am usually a good sleeper but every once in a while I get a night where my brain refuses to shut down. There are usually some thoughts relating to the events of the day that I just can’t clear from my head.

It seems to be occurring with increasing frequency. How do I stop it?

Sure theres a few apps you can get to calm your thoughts before bed

Mindfulness is a good tool

Try Headspace.
