But presumably you can send them? Which is generally what those profiles mean. Not unreasonable and if you don’t like it, move on.

They may well be applying the same rule when they initiate contact.

This is correct 75% of the time. But the amount who reply saying "i have pics but not on here".. thats the frustrating part. But its all a game...just have to try and play it better.

Oh well... Their profile isn't it? You don't like it find someone who doesn't care what you look like... Very few.

Put it this way if a woman gets 50 messages all saying the same thing and one has a face pic... Who stands out from the crowd?

I asked for photos from a man with none, he ignored the question and asked to WhatsApp. I blocked and deleted. I want to see a photo on Fab before giving other contact details x

Face pic on profile when the person doesn't have any face pics, or any photos at all is a little off. Asking for a face pic sent in a message is perfectly fine though, even if they have no photos at all on their profile

I suppose a fine example of double standards would be a non photo verified profile with no pics at all asking for face pic with first message.

It is a niggle of the site ... people expect you to compromise your privacy whilst maintaining their own

It is what it is

You gotta be in it to win it

Either send a pic and potentially work towards a meet or don't send one and walk away
