Community versus nice house

Ok I'd love a five bedroomed costal house in two acres overlooking the sea with the missus. But I think our crowded three bedroomed with the step-daughter, bf and baby is much better. People are better than tidy space aren't they?

I've lived in a roomy 4 bedroom and trustme it was never tidy...so much room for stuff and mess.

But yeah family are better than material possessions usually.
