I tend to switch stations during the day.

I like Zoe Ball on Radio 2 in the morning and listen to Ken Bruce until he’s done Pop Master. Then I usually listen to Absolute or 6 Music. If there’s cricket on then TMS is a must listen on 5 Live Sports Extra.

Then they got rid of the local area stations, it's Radio 2 all morning now
