How long does it generally take for someone to be reprimanded for using another profiles photos? Noticed another user looked at me this morning and when I looked on his profile he's using one of my pics despite being photo verified

That happened to me before and I made the dumb mistake by messaging them to say why... They blocked me so I couldn't block and report them first.

It's madness I don't get why people do it. I was too vex at the time to see the flattery. Least you got to repot them though.
