Am I the only one that block's people when I send a message and they either say no thanks or delete my message just asking because had a message of a single profile asking why I blocked them on couples profile there still Happy to chat don't do Facebook replied

I very very rarely block tbh and only then because they are seriously rude!

even though there is no interest from the other party also it stops me from repeating looking at there profile

Just do fab how you want, what other people are doing isn't really that important unless it affects you.
