no, not of tears....but my house!

It flooded in 2009 and I have not been able to live there since.

Had news today that after 2 and a half long years fighting the insurance company, architects and landowners....the kitchen is going back in and the place should be habitable by end of April.....woohoooo!!

Have a couple of folks interested in buying it, so fingers crossed that everything pans out ok timewise
