Braised steaks with mint red wine jus,

carbonara...meatball and pancetta...chicken and mushroom pasta sauces

Pre make a few chicken kievs for the freezer

A few tikka thai and beef and mango curries

Makes it easier for the mrs just to reheat things as shes not the best cook

After having done a cat sitting round, hangover from last night, I'm now back in bed pondering on what to watch

More cat visits in the evening then off to a local BI night.
