Not really.

If you douche yourself and do it on good days you should be ok and if they aren’t doing it correctly they shouldn’t be doing it at all

Perhaps find your own limitations first, solo? This will give you an indication of the length and girth you can manage comfortably and then you can select a toy that doesn’t induce discomfort.

Take it slow. It’s better to start with smaller strapon- you can always go bigger. Prepare yourself before (enema etc.). Meet sane women.
