Okay, I've never been into a club, ever.

Potentially first time today, tips and hints of how not to look like a bloke on his own out of place?

I've not been there so can't advise on what to expect as far as the club itself goes.

Just be yourself.

Make an effort to speak to people but not clingy.

Contact the club first to check they're accepting new membership from single guys.

They should give you a tour and go through a few things with you
