Dad Bod

I've finally accepted and embraced my dad bod. Have always been into running and cycling but since I've hit 30 the stomach just won't go.

But I love it. I'm still in fairly good shape and can be flexible and have the stamina when required too. And of course I love the fact that some girls like to cuddle with someone who is a bit rounder in the tummy.

37 and still got abs, I don't even think I train as hard or eat as sensibly as others to achieve it, good genetics I guess and an active lifestyle.

Well it seems a great oppertunity to ride this train while it's in vogue. Best thing is I don't have to do anything. To be fair trendy or not, I am who I am and got what I got and I very happy with it either way.
