I looking to purchase a chastity Cage but I’m not to sure about what size to buy. Any pointers on how and when to measure to ensure a correct fit.

I advise looking at silicone ones. I once used a steel one, and ended up with skin ripping off somewhere you don't want it to

One option would be to get one of the sets which comes with a selection of different sized rings such as the House of Denial PC1.

Dont overestimate size whichever you choose. The less you can swell, the more comfortable!

Buy a set of steel cock rings for a few pounds try them on and wear for a few days. This will give you the right ring size the most important. As for the cage as mentioned before smaller is more comfortable.

I've heard of chrome plated cages that rust and the plating starts to flake off and are like razor blades, stainless steel is the way to go

You could just buy some chicken wire easy to mould and then some tie wraps to hold it in place
