Be relieved that you're not still in a relationship with her. X

"Go on holiday "

Yeah book a break with the lads. Try keep yourself busy and not dwell on things.

The right place

Sorry OP, that sounds painful. Try not to dwell on it. She doesn’t sound like she was good for you. Try doing things you like with friends you know have your back.

Emotional wounds can be harder to close than physical ones plus, like say a leg break, you can't actually say roughly how long recovery will take. Heartbreak it shite and hurts like hell.

You will get over it though and you were likely better finding out now than further down the line when you were even more invested.

You aren't unlovable and will love again, keep the chin up pal

I've been on a holiday as a couple who had fallen out of love

It was a painful experience

We both cried

We'd gone our separate ways within 3 weeks of getting home

Honestly OP, you're better off where you are

Chin up fella, you're better than wallowing and self pity x

Thank you all so much, it’s just not nice feeling this way, but I’m trying to stay positive,

I agree with the post further up.

Book a holiday with your mates!

“The Woman you love” Does she know your feelings towards her?

Hang in there chap, be kind to yourself. Just remind yourself of all the good stuff you have in your life at present.
