Why are you awake at silly o'clock in the morning?

Working? (I did nights for years, so my sympathies) Being a stop-out (walk of shame in the morning, and on a school night, too!) Or insomnia like me?

I have a lot going on at work, and my brain is buzzing.

My alarm goes off at 05.30...30 mins extra!

Thank you, and you, too x

I woke up at half 6. Quite late for my body clock but I'm in Turkey so must be why

Went to bed early as sharing a hotel room with my kids. Listening to them both snoring and farting now!

Right, I've pressed the snooze button too many times. I'd best get ready for work..

I set an alarm for 6:30 to make sure I was up for 7. I woke up before it went off

Apparently it's only possible for me to either wake up too early or completely sleep through my alarm, there is no middle ground.
