"Warning! - a bit of a rant here. What’s everyone’s opinions of coverage of LGBT people on tv? I’m bi. But every time there’s something about Bi (or LGBT) people on news they choose the most extreme stereotypes - effeminate boys holding rainbow flags, drag queens, men in bondage gear, butch manly lesbians. It absolutely does my nut in because that’s not me at all. And it’s not how most people are, yet the media is pumping out this image that if you like someone of the same gender then you’re instantly an extrovert that enjoys wearing make up and listening to Ariana Grande. Is that really how people perceive anyone who isn’t straight? Do you think this type of coverage is a good or bad thing?" Yes....they are all left wing mincers Stephen fry is good but coronation street fan service gives you annoying puffy Shaun. I don't like it actually. Your good to raise the issue. I know some exclusively gay men who get really get up with it also... It hardly does anyone any favours.. The LGBTQ movement in uk/usa is pretty left wing and camp

Always camp and effeminate gay, bi stereotypes like you say. No typically average blokey, blokes.
