What's for dinner?

A world of my own

I've just put my Sunday lunch/dinner on, and as I'm trying to shed a few (quite a few) lbs I am having a turkey breast drizzled with a touch of olive oil and covered in herbs and seasoning, I'll be serving that with one small potato and a medley of vegatables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower).

What is everyone else having or had?

I went out at the spur of the moment to meet a potential playmate (fingers crossed that my directness has not put him off, LOL!!!), was going to pop into a Burger King on the way home, huge queue, so I came up and ate one of the batch-cooked food, Chinese stew beef, with noodles, yum yum!!!

a Primark shoebox in Leicester

Roast lamb with roast parsnips, roast carrots, roast red onions and roast potatoes…. in other words I shoved everything in a roasting tray, carried on with what I was doing for an hour and a half and then just made gravy.

A sunday roast has to be one of the easiest meals to cook.

Had very very similar here courtesy of one lovely child of the Two2's having been up 26 hours travelling home

A women after my own heart, although a big bowl of mixed salad with half a tin of tuna is scrummy, takes seconds to put together and really does the job
