My tip for Tuesday

Dont let the past rule your life, head and heart.

Sometimes taking a risk, changing it about and going for it, could actually work.

Sadly i didnt listen to my advice

Breaking the shackles of our conditioning and past experiences can be a challenge. However recognising that it is the past and has no reason to be in our present or future is a big breakthrough.

It is great advice Jaqs and one I’ll be pondering today

Totally agree with both comments.

I am currently trying to put the past behind me. I have some really good days but occasionally the past rears its ugly head but its getting less.

My top tip is clean your toilet every day, that way next time you take your wang out over it to photo it for Fab there won't be any skidders on the pan to put the ladies off xx
