Just migraines. But my blood pressure was too high so they wanted to rule out other things and I was getting flashing lights and stuff.

But all good! I had two hospital appointments in one day, five hours apart. So being in hospital already meant I didn’t need to travel back and forth and spend a bucket tone of money on tickets

You know what, I haven’t really had any alternate reality lucid dreams for a while. However I had one where I was in a plane crash. Somehow I controlled the pace of impact and was then able to save a number of my lifelong friends who were trapped but alive and get them out of the emergency exit. Not quite sure what the fuck it was all about though.

Oh ok!

So I go to the kitchen and get a glass of water. Put it beside my bed. Nip to the loo and pee, do my face and teeth etc. Put my dogs out my bedroom window (I don’t have a back door so I have a ramp from my window to the garden

Then when the dogs are back in we’ll put them to bed. Tell them we love them and blow them kisses. Then I’ll go and pee again.

Then I’ll come back into the bedroom, strip off, complain it’s too hot, then lie on the duvet for an hour or so while the baby goes absolutely mad and kicks for aaaaaaaages. We’ll put on a film or tv show or a stream, then once I actually get under the duvet I’ll either put my phone down and my eye mask on, or just watch whatever’s on until I’m sleepy

One of the most interesting lucid dreams I had appeared to be involvement in a Mythological event that appeared to be like the disappearance of Atlantis. The escape from this ancient world was the focus of the dream. During it I was confronted by various mythological monsters as well as the challenges of escaping the destruction alive and helping others. I was able to fly, hold my.breath for long periods of time and had supernatural strength. I controlled much of how the action played out.
