I actually prefer shirts and suit trousers rather than the full suit. You get to see the man's arms then better too.

Know what you mean. We’re expected to wear company polo shirts during the week and have a dress down Friday. So I take the opportunity to go with collar & tie, just to buck the trend

Then some days, put a suit on just because it feels good.
