I normally do 20 x 4 (mixed with other stuff of course) May just give the 200 a go. What weight? " 2 sets of 50 with 20kg 1 set of 100 with 16 kg 5 sets (left and right) of 10 snatches on 12kgs each. I tend to do 300 double swings a day with a 16kg but wanting to up my game and mix it up a little. Snatches are hard! LOVE my kettlebells. | |||

Then improved with some ok news from hospital. Came home sore and tender and mood improved then some twerp tried to ruin it. He didn’t thankfully but i ran a bath, chilled and drank a cold drink as cant have alcohol as on pain killers | |||
