I had posters on my bedroom walls even when in shared digs into my twenties - the last I can remember having were Sgt Bilko, a Russian propaganda style one a mate bought back from Moscow and the film poster for the Madness film Take It Or Leave It.

As a kid/teen I had two walls in my bedroom, one plastered with cuttings from Smash Hits, NME and the like of Two Tone/Mod bands from the late 70s/early 80s (think Madness, The Specials, The Beat, The Jam, Secret Affair etc) and one with Spurs pics from the likes of Shoot and Match Weekly

Oh and there may have been space somewhere for Debbie Harry, Kim Wilde, Chrissie Hynde and co
